Malformed tortoiseproc command line hangs

It appears if you add some extra whitespace in a tortoiseproc.exe
command line it hangs using 100% of the cpu:

tortoiseproc.exe /command:update /path: "C:\foo\bar"

If you remove the space after the colon in "/path:" it completes fine. With the
extra space it just seems to sit there using all the cpu.

Tested with TortoiseSVN 1.5.8 Build 15348 on Windows XP sp2
