Cannot Turn Off Context Menu Icons in 1.5.8

Hi,

I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.5.8 (Build 15348) on Windows XP SP3. I've tried
turning off the context menu icons using the registry entry described here (
http://tortoisesvn.net/hidden_registry) but am not having any luck.

I have uploaded a screenshot that shows the registry entry as well as the
icons still appearing.

I haven't found anyone else mentioning this so I assume it's not a bug but
something with my system.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
