RE: TortoiseSVN changes flags / permissions on working copy?

'ug' eh? that doesn't sound like a promising word...

I'm still fairly new to SVN, and yes, our working copy on dev is the root of
the local website as well (do I hear gasps of disapproval?).

Is there a better, equally efficient workflow?
