TSVN "Resolved" Sometimes fails with "sharing violation" on 1.5.8 and older

Hello,

I've been actively using the TSVN for about six months now and I
usually have to delete conflicted files manually. This has been true
for me since I started using it in 1.4.3. Today I upgraded to 1.5.8
and still have the same problem. I've only seen a few other posts
asking about it.

After editing the conflicts and closing Tortoise Merge, I right click
on the desired source file and select TortoiseSVN / Resolved ... . It
then shows the dialog asking me to select the currently conflicted
file. I ok that box and I see an error like this:

Encountered a sharing violation while accessing J:\MM_EDC\src
\MM_EDC.dsk

An earlier message by Stefan said a similar problem was fixed in
r14511.

Deleting the files manually is no problem.

I played with it some today and found that if I select the containing
folder rather than the file it works every time. I think it may be
Windows Explorer itself that is causing the problem, and it may be an
extension that is installed since it doesn't seem to be a problem that
is discussed.

I have Symantec Antivirus, PKZIP for Windows, KDiff3 and the Microsoft
Powertoys TweakUI Command Prompt Here" installed. The machine is
running Windows XP SP2.
