TSVN is not just an application. It is a Windows Explorer Shell Extension.

Impossible, unless Windows Explorer runs in those environments. To
"port" it would mean a ground-up rewrite for those environments.

IIRC, there are SVN plug-ins for KDE & maybe Nautilus.
