Cannot Checkout when tsvn loaded from the browser, OK button greyed out.

Hi,

Can anyone help? Pulling my hair out here...

I can checkout projects from svn when I load the tortoisesvn program,
however, when tortoisesvn is loaded when I click a "checkout link"
from the web browser, the checkout dialogue comes up, but the 'OK'
button is greyed out.

I am experiencing this issue on all the versions I can test, my pc
(TortoiseSVN 1.5.5, Build 14361 - 64 Bit , 2008/10/24 18:06:34), and
the copy loaded on the office server (TortoiseSVN 1.5.5, Build 14361 -
32 Bit , 2008/10/24 18:06:34).

I've tested this on my vista pc, and the copy on the server (win2k3),
using both firefox and IE to test and get the same results. I've
tried leaving it for a while, running the browser wih admin
permissions, different svn servers but always the same.

Can anyone help me checkout via the browser?
