Issue Tracker Integration

Hi,
I have been developping a Maven Plugin (http://mojo.codehaus.org/
scmchangelog-maven-plugin/) that produces a changelog report parsing
the commit messages. It looks like the Issue Tracker Integration
(http://tortoisesvn.net/issuetracker_integration). Where could I find
the description of the resulting 'comments' so we could use the
tortoise Issue Tracker Integration format to produce our report ?
