Export bug, TSVN 1.5.7

From: Robert Schor <Robert_Schor_at_urmc.rochester.edu>

What I did -- exported to the root of a drive (e.g. to E:)
What I expected -- Export directory would be <Drive:>\<Repository> (e.g. E:\MyStuff), and would export there.
What I found -- Export directory was <Drive:>\\<Repository> (e.g. E:\\MyStuff), and I got the "This is not a valid path!" error. Fix, of course, is to remove extra "\".

Note that path is fine if not at root, e.g. exporting to E:\Folder produces E:\Folder\MyStuff. Need to test if at root, don't add (extra) slash.
