I don't recall seeing it posted here previously. And even if it were,
it won't be put in the tracker if it can't be reproduced reliably. If
a submitter can't do that, then how are the developers to know that
it's truly a big in their code?

If it happens to only you, and to no one else, debug YOUR system
first. Or attempt the same operation on another computer.

I don't know that anyone's said that it's a bug in TSVN that requires fixing.
