RE: How to use personal certificate with TortoiseSVN

It is my understand that if you connect using HTTPS and the server
request a certificate then TortoiseSVN will request it from you. This
isn't clear in the docs. However, make sure you don't have another
authentication method cached. Clear all your stored authentications and
give it a try.
