What's the exact error message? What's the entry in the apache error log?

The list is moderated, and all moderators are located in europe. So if
you post during the night, you'll have to wait until we wake up again
and can moderate your posts through.

Also, the list gets around 200 spam posts a day (sometimes more!), so it
could easily be that your posts were not properly read but from the
subject line guessed as spam too - that happens when you have to
moderate 100 posts when you turn on your computer...

To avoid having to wait for moderation, you can subscribe to the mailing
list or open an account at tigris.org, then post on the mailing list forum.
