Sorry, could have explained that better....
I am trying to use the Copy To functionality to create a branch.

What's the url you want to copy?
[repos]\branches\mybranch
What's the target url?
[repos]\branches\newone
What's the *exsiting* target url? (i.e., up to which part of your copy
target url does the folders already exist)
Up to the branches directory.
[repos]\branches (newone is the name of the branch that I am creating)
