Hmm... I'm not sure but maybe it is related to my new Dell PC (i7,
DDR3).
Before I also used Vista 64-bit (on my old PC) and I was able to
install TCVS.
This time every time after installing TCVS I got an error message
"cvstools.dll not found" although the library is present in CVSNT
install directory.
I tried to format my system partition and reinstall everything but it
did not resolve the issue.
And I have no problems with TSVN.
And because I use TCVS really very rarely I thought it may be a good
solution to use a different CVS application.
