TortoiseProc crashes when doing anything (Update, Commit, etc)

Windows Vista x64 SP1

I have TSVN 1.5.7 x64

When I right click a folder and click "Update" or "Commit" I get
"Tortoise SVN Client has stopped working"

Here is the error from the event log:
