Directory listed twice in commit dialog

Me again ;-)

(1.5.7 in XP)

I am commiting a few changes. In the "Check for modifications" everything
is fine, but in the following Commit dialog, one new folder is listed twice.
See screenshot*.

The "factory" folder is a newly added folder, located in the Script****
folder, which is also newly added.

Are inline images in HTML mail allowed on this list ?
