TSVN version naming

The version number is currently relative to both TSVN and SVN. IMHO it would be better to use a 4 digits naming, leaving the first three identical to the SVN version and adding the fourth to identify TSVN bug fixings. So the latest, that is named for example TortoiseSVN-1.5.7.15182-win32-svn-1.5.5.msi could be TortoiseSVN-1.5.5.2.15182-win32.msi, with no lack of information. In this way, when the user is notified that a new TSVN version is released, he already knows if it relates to a new SVN version or not.
