Can you please point me to where I can download the latest svn install? I want to be able to just use 'svn' from a command line.

I guess I was under the impression that since I had Tortoise SVN, I also had svn. I thought that I could use 'svn' directly from the command line without the need to go through an SVN gui program, like Tortoise.
