Uninstalling leaves TortoiseSVN sounds events defined in control panel

I uninstalled TortoiseSVN from an XP machine. After rebooting i
checked "Sounds and Audio Devices" in Windows' Control Panel. The
TortoiseSVN group still existed and had three entries - Error, Notice
and Warning. I believe that they must be removed after installation.
