Sorry, I stated that incorrectly. The repository was moved to a
different server and, obviously, both branches went with it. I then
relocated my local copy of both branches to the new server. But
something when wrong with the 1.1 branch.

Upon further investigation I believe I can tediously correct the issue
by checking the repository path for each folder and relocating the
incorrect ones. But if I do as you say and check out a fresh working
copy, how do I best get all the changes from my current working copy
to the new working copy?
