Good suggestion Stefan. I still suspect "network protocal" or something flaky in the servers.

1. I will unzip the same working copy to a new location.
2. If that acts strange I will start choping it in halves and see if I can isolate something "bad".

I will work on this, this may take me a few day's as I have some big meetings the next few days.
