Wrong action triggered when selecting >16 folders. (Windows 7 64)

When selecting more than 16 (17+) folders and subsequently right clicking one of them to use the context menu to perform actions on all of them, some of the actions trigger the wrong function window.
i.e.:
SVN Update -> Commit
I'm fairly certain this is Win7 related but I don't have a machine handy to run TortoiseSVN from source to confirm it. This bug is also present in the stable version.
