I just had a chat with one of the IT support people and was telling
her about the issues. When I told her the issue and that the anti-
virus stuff was suspect, she told me that all our company's laptops
run CREDANT Mobile Shield, a program that encrypts and decrypts files
on the laptops. She thought it might be possible that, since CREDANT
is running all the time, that that's what's interfering with TSVN more
so than the anti-virus software. Has anyone seen anything similar or
are we just grasping at straws at this point?
