ibugtraqprovider2 interface

Hi,
Is the ibugtraqprovider2 code going to be merged to the 1.5 branch and released anytime soon? I really want to use the ibugtraqprovider2::OnCommitFinished function. I could use a post-commit hook script in conjunction with the oroginal ibugtraqprovider interface but that is extremely hacky.

I notice the ticket for ibugtraqprovider2 says it's a 1.6 feature. Is it possible this feature can also be placed in 1.5?

Also, is it possible you can somehow provide the status of the files being committed. E.x.: Are they modified, new, or deleted?
