Hi Angus,
You can download Collabnet certified Subversion from the following url.
http://www.open.collab.net/downloads/subversion/
You need to register with collabnet to download the collabnet subversion
command line client. Post installation, run *svn --help* command in the
command prompt and then try updating your working copy. Hope this solves
your problem.
