No icons after reinstall

Hi!

I've been using TortoiseSVN for a few weeks without any problems.
Today had to format my system partition.
My Working Directories are untouched on my second partition.
After successful format I installed TortoiseSVN, restarted Windows,
even made a successful Checkout on two of my projects but I don't see
any overlay icons in my Explorer.
I checked my registry keys (ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers) and I can see
9 entries such as: TortoiseAdded, TortoiseConflict, TortoiseDeleted
etc.
I am working on Windows Vista 64-bit version.
I disabled the User Account Control feature and also disabled my anti-
virus software and tried to uninstall and then install TortoiseSVN
once again but it didn't solve the problem.
What else can I do?

Thanks for your advices.
Regards,
Mateo
