Yes, TSVN has changed how the context menu is invoked in 1.5.x to make
it compatible with Vista. But it still only does what a shell extension
is allowed (and supposed) to do to show the menu.

So, even if 1.4.8 worked for you, I seriously doubt that it's a bug in
TSVN that it doesn't work with folderguard anymore.
