Bug Report: Checkout hangs when server cannot be contacted.

Hi,
I am running version 1.5.6 and encountered the following issue. I have a
Linux machine running svnserve which was restarted due to a power
failure. svnserve is not set to restart automatically and I forgot to
restart it manually. when I did a checkout from Tortoisesvn and went to
the repo-browser via the "..." button. It gave me an error that the
server could not be contacted. I then clicked the "OK" button on the
browser window and at this point it hangs the checkout dialog. I killed
the un-responding checkout dialog and tried the same scenario. This time
I clicked the "CANCEL" button on the repo-browser window which prevented
the checkout dialog from hanging. This is easily reproduced.

John
