We have translate the tsvn FAQ into Chinese

Hi,all

We have translate the tsvn FAQ into Chinese. Could I add the Chinese FAQ
into tsvn project home.

We also will translate othe tsvn page. My tigris ID is rocksun, I had
commited
the tsvn interface and book translation, but it seemed I have no right to
commit
in the www.
