RE: Authentication Issues

Yes -- just checked with our administrators. However, it appears to be
a server issue, not a Tortoise issue; so I'm working in conjunction with
administrators to straighten it out. If we come across anything that
looks Tortoise-specific we'll let you know! For the present, however,
we'll try not to bother you -- this user group has already been flooded
with messages today!

It sounds like the repository is a neweer version than the EXE you are
running works with. Are you sure the same version of subversion was
restored to the server that you were running previously?

When I try the svnadmin recover command, I get the following message:

svnadmin: Expected FS format '2'; found format '3'

What does this mean?

Never, ever do anything inside a repository folder. That's internal data
and must not be messed with.

Run an
$ svnadmin recover /path/to/repository
on your server.

And then make sure that the process (either svnserve or apache) has full
write access to the repository folder and all files below it.
