  Hmm.. I can't reproduce it locally neither in command-line, nor via
  TSVN. It's probably something network-related, which I can't test
  due to lack of the corresponding environment and svnserve knowledge.
  I give up at this point.

  If you are certain the "Cancel" button does not misbehave, then it's
  probably a very rare happenstance waiting for a more experienced
  tester.

  Too bad we can't create a report for the svn team heads-up. If I
  just come to them without a reproduction recipe, they'll probably
  just say it can be TSVN's fault.
