Reopened Commit dialog had more items selected

Hello!

  TortoiseSVN 1.5.5, Build 14361 - 32 Bit , 2008/10/24 18:06:34
  Subversion 1.5.4

I tried to commit a folder property change. The working copy
contained some modified files inside the folder, but I have removed
checkmarks from them in the Commit dialog. The commit failed,
because the folder needed an update. I clicked OK, the Commit dialog
was restarted, but this time all modified files in the folder had
checkmarks at them. If I wouldn't notice that, I could've commit
some unrelated and unfinished work along with the property change.

Expected behavior: reopen the Commit dialog in exactly the same
state it was before the failed commit, including all the checkmarks.
