Excluding .svn files in an EAR exported usiing Eclipse

I am using SVN tortoise 1.5.3 on windows. I checked out the code from a svn repository and then imported this porject in to Jboss devleoper studio (built on eclipse 3.3).

When I exporte an EAR from the IDE it includes the .svn files/directories resulting in some issues.

Is there a way to exclude these .svn files.
I tried the same with subclise it seems to handle this.
