I was thinking it could open in same size and position on whatever
monitor it was invoked from. As I said, it is a very minor nit.

Doesn't that contradict the "remember position and size" settings?

I imagine the current behavior was implemented for a reason. I can't
see going back to this as a default; I don't know enough about Windows
programming to know if it's easy to make it a toggleable option.
