Multi monitor

Currently the dialogs seem to remember last location and size. Which is
nice and all. However, I use a multi-monitor setup and sometimes I
launch from different monitors. Is it possible for the dialogs to come
up on the monitor that you called it from?

Use case is that usually I have explorer on my second monitor and do
check-ins/out/updates from there. But, sometimes I do it from an
explorer window that is on my primary monitor.

Also, I usually (not always) want the repo browser to be on my primary
monitor so I can launch it from desktop shortcut... but it will still
open on secondary monitor if that is the last place I used it.

Just a minor nit... but if would be nice to have.
