db_config file missing error

Hi,

TortoiseSVN 1.5.5
Windows XP
One repository in: C:\SVN\MP\

I make a backup of the SVN folder, then delete it, and then restoring
back. But now can't open my repository. I'm getting an error
infroming: can't open C:\SVN\MP\db\DB_CONFIG. The DB_CONFIG file is
missing.
I created that file with nothing in there, but then i'm getting this
error:

Error in C:\SVN\MP\db opening 'nodes' tables: no such file or
directory.

Is there some way to recover my repository??? What are the default
parameters for the DB_CONFIG file???
