How to contact owners of tortoisesvn web site

I want to make a complaint about an advertisement that appeared on the
Tortoise SVN download page but I can't find any contact details for
the web site owners on the web site. Does anybody know how to contact
them?

If they happen to read this, the complaint is that I was confronted by
a graphic that consisted of a large button with the text "Download"
just above it which at first glance looks exactly like you should
press it to download TortoiseSVN but in fact it leads you to an advert
for some alleged security product.
