Possible changelist bug

From: Jim Garrison <Jim.Garrison_at_troux.com>

I added a several new folder and the contained files.

Then in the "Check for Modifications" window I organized these additions
into separate changelists.

I hilighted the folder and its contained files and added the set to a
new changelist. The files moved to the new changelist but the folder
stayed in the "no changelist" section. The folder's context menu
switched from "add to changelist" to "remove from changelist". After
closing the Check for Modifications window and reopening later, the
added folders are still in the "no changelist" section; however the
context menu now contains NEITHER "add to..." nor "remove from
changelist" entries.

Attempting to commit the files in the changelist gives an error saying
that while the files are to be added, the folder itself is not marked to
be added (sorry, I didn't write down the exact text).

In the end I had to first commit the folder addition from the "no
changelist" section, then commit the changelist.

Bug?
