Here's what I did:
* checked out http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress/tags/2.6.3/ to folder
'wordpress'
* deleted the folder 'wordpress\wp-content\plugins\akismet'
* right-clicked on 'wordpress', select "revert"
* the revert dialog shows up, but it doesn't show anything ("file list
is empty") because a missing folder can not be reverted (to restore such
a folder, you have to use 'update').
So what exactly did you do?
If I can't reproduce this, I won't be able to fix this.
