Bug with the Blame window

I believe I have found an un-documented bug with the "Blame" window. I
have attached a screenshot of the problem. The scroll bar at the bottom
does not allow the user to scroll all the way to the end of the lines as
show in the shot.

I'm using the following version but it was also doing this on the
current official release.

TortoiseSVN 1.5.99, Build 14696 - 64 Bit -dev, 2008/11/24 22:15:18
