There are 322 fuzzies which means that > 10% are partly translated.
I'd first ask Jean-Marc if he wants to continue and place a call for help (again) on our web page.

Removing the Persian docs from the build process is ok for me, because there still seems to be a problem with the creation of right-to-left docs and no one has come up with a solution so far.

My usual reasoning, especially for Dutch: Keep it in the repository and in the statistics, because some work done is some work done, even if it's not much. Exclude it from the build process, because it's not yet worth being published.
