Replying to your original post as everything else is totally messed up
by top-posting.

You are asking the wrong question. You are asking us how to collect
unspecified data for an unspecified purpose and store it in an
unspecified way so that it can later be used for some sort of
unspecified statistical analysis. To most people that sounds like
utter madness, and trying to convince anyone otherwise will be futile.
You need first to work out what data you want to collect and whether
it is client side or server side collection that is required.

If you have a specific question on how to use the features of
TortoiseSVN to access a specific piece of data then ask it here, but
don't expect us to tell you what information to use and how to store
and analyse it.
