File deleted from repository; local copy not deleted when updated

Hello,
        Have an issue which seems to have appeared.
        Another person updated/deleted files within the repository. But,
when I updated my local copy, the deleted file was still there but had a
question mark icon. The SVN log shows the file as deleted.
        Any ideas on why my local copy wasn't updated to be that of the
repository?
