TSVN not recognizing bugtraq:logregex

I'm having trouble getting TortoiseSVN to recognize my regex
statement. I tested this at regexpal.com and it seems to work fine,
but no matter what I do, Tortoise keeps telling me I don't have an
issue number set (I have bugtraq:warnifnoissue set to true, for
testing)

Here's my regex:

([Ii]ssue|[Bb]ug)s?:?(\s*(,|(, |)and)?\s*#?\d+)+
(\d+)

I'm not the best at regular expressions so I might have written it
wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
