[Bug report] show log of a non-committed-but-added file

From: noamtm <noamtm_at_gmail.com>
Date: Wed, 12 Nov 2008 23:32:01 -0800 (PST)

1. Add a file to working copy; don't commit.
2. Right click - no option to "show log" (correct).
3. Open the commit/check-for-modifications dialog.
4. Right click the newly added file, there's an option to show log
(incorrect).
5. Click this item, get a dialog saying there's a problem connecting
to the server, and asking if you want to use cached data instead
(incorrect).
6. Select:
6a. "Offline for now": you get a log containing only revision 1, with
all files modified/added in that revision (wrong, I think).
6b. "Don't go offline": you get a message saying this URL does not
exist in revision 0 (wrong, revision 0 is irrelevant).

To conclude:
1. "Show log" shouldn't be visible/enabled for items that are not yet
added to the repo.
2. The message about a problem connecting to the server is wrong (and
may be misleading) - the server was successfully contacted and
responded with path-not-found.

Disabling the "show log" in that case will prevent the other things
from happening, but maybe these are bugs in other places.

Tested with "TortoiseSVN 1.5.5, Build 14361 - 32 Bit , 2008/10/24
18:06:34".

Thanks, Noam.
