[bug] TortoiseMerge bug when displaying very long lines

From: Ben K <benkloester_at_gmail.com>

When using TortoiseMerge to diff two files, if there is a line that is too
long to display, the line above it is displayed in its stead. This can be
confusing , especially when the line in question has changed between the two
versions - the line above it can essentially hide those changes.

It should be noted that in my case, the line in question was exceptionally
long - 10,306 characters, not sure if this is reproducible with more
reasonable (but still long) length lines. To reproduce this bug I recommend
running TortoiseMerge on two files containing a line of > 10,000 characters,
with some difference in that line between the two files.
