Cannot remove old version of Tortoise SVN

Hi there,

I'm trying to remove the old version of tortoise svn, but it asks me to
point the the corresponding installation package.
But I don't have one, and cannot find it on your web site!

Please help, me.

Version I'm tying to uninstall is TortoiseSVN 1.4.5.10425 Win32
