have others seen this issue? is there a solution available?

I was curious if anyone else has seen this error as noted below. This error seems to have just showed up when I downloaded the latest/great version - although maybe it was there before.... I have tried two different repositories and have gotten the error on both of them. Also, it seems to correlated with new and very large uploads. For example - I was moving files from one repository to another and was going to upload a few 1000 files. Near the end of the upload is when the error seems to occur. It isn't consistent. I am not sure what that tempfile.tmp is used for - but the error is always the same. I Goggled the error and found some others having the same issue but I didn't see a solution posted yet. I am using Windows XP with SP2 installed.
