Thanks. It turns out I found the problem. I had forgotten that there was a path to the svn folder in the build scripts and I neglected to change this in my branch's build scripts.

The upgrade was just a coincidence. I guess the branch had not been built in a while, or no one really looked at it. Today they started working on the hot fix and boom problems.

My faith in SVN is restored. I was worried there for a while.

Clear the log cache (settings dialog). Then make sure that all your
repositories have a different uuid:
