Yeah, I probably should have. It wouldn't have been too hard to do
both commits at once from the command line version, but since I was
using TSVN at the time, it would have been harder (since it would have
shown me many other uncomitted files in the tree and I would have had
to have waded through them). That's why I tried to do it in two parts,
not realizing it might matter.

Many thanks for the replies. I suspect that bug is the problem that
bit me.

I ended up blowing away the .svn files and adding the trees as if they
were new files. That burns me up since there's no longer any history
connecting the new tree and the old, but at least development could
continue. My boss doesn't pay me to sit here and wish I could check my
files in. :)
