Error: Retrieval of mergeinfo unsupported

I'm trying to reintegrate a feature branch with the trunk. Searching
indicates that this message means I need to update the repository to
1.5 format, but I can't find any information on how to do that. I
don't have svnadmin on the machine, just TSVN.

Is there a way to do the repository update from within TSVN?
